The Signatory Superb marks the entry into Vispring’s two-layer spring architecture, pairing hand-opened long-stranded Austrian Moosburger® horsetail with hand-teased Real Shetland Wool blended with cashmere. This combination shapes the feel and thermal behavior of the sleep surface, offering a refined balance of loft, breathability, and temperature regulation that a single filling cannot achieve.

The ticking is woven from wool, silk, and viscose to condition the microclimate at first contact. Inside, the upholstery layers begin with British fleece wool for resilience and moisture regulation, followed by long, crimped horsetail to resist compression and maintain loft. Real Shetland Wool blended with cashmere provides a softer transition, moderating temperature without trapping heat, while a core of Real Shetland Wool and organic cotton adds body and absorptive capacity. The spring system features two layers of hand-nested, vanadium steel calico pocket springs with 3,296 springs in a King size, delivering independent support. The border is finished with coir and wool, secured by four rows of hand side-stitching to extend the usable surface, and each mattress is hand-tufted with woollen tufts and twine to compress filling layers into a stable depth at every tuft point.
